The Help for Victims App has been created by the Police National Legal Database (PNLD) with the support of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner West Yorkshire and in collaboration with Yorkshire and Humber Victim Support. The Police National Legal Database is a business service of the Police and Crime Commissioner West Yorkshire.

The Help for Victims database is intended to provide an online resource of questions and answers for victims of and witnesses to crime, derived from the Victims Code and where the answer cant be found an ability to ask a relevant question.
